Gavin is tConsultant at Randles. He has practiced as a Conveyancer since 1981 and his areas of expertise include property developments in townships and housing estates. As a member of the National Department of Communications’ Advisory Panel on e-commerce, Gavin was involved in drafting the Green Paper on ICT policy.

Gavin is also passionate about uplifting and developing young legal practitioners, particularly those from previously disadvantaged backgrounds.
