Gavin is the Managing Director at Randles. He has practiced as a Conveyancer since 1981 and his areas of expertise include property developments in townships and housing estates. As a member of the National Department of Communications’ Advisory Panel on e-commerce, Gavin was involved in drafting the Green Paper on ICT policy. 
Gavin is also passionate about uplifting and developing young legal practitioners particularly those from previously disadvantaged backgrounds and has for many years provided free conveyancing classes to budding conveyancers in and around Pietermaritzburg.

As a practising Conveyancer and Notary Public Jo attends property transfers from deceased estates as well as all other property-related matters. Jo is also one of a few accredited Mediators in the Pietermaritzburg area and runs the Redlands Mediation Centre.

Alan’s experience lies in High Court and Labour Court litigation and he appears regularly in both of these forums as well as in the CCMA. 
Alan is regarded as an accomplished litigator and is also one of the provinces foremost experts in Labour Law, a field in which he has over 25 years’ experience.
